Shipping and delivery

 

SHIPPING METHODS

Incanto.it ships worldwide via Feedex. In accordance with applicable international trade laws, shipped goods are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the total value of the purchased goods in the same currency as the original purchase. The invoice also specifies the value of each individual item purchased.

 

  1. Available goods

Orders for available goods, subject to confirmation of item availability and verification of the bank transaction, are shipped the next working day after receiving the order.

The amount of transactions made by credit card is charged at the time the order is processed.

For orders placed via bank transfer, the shipment is entrusted to the courier once the payment is confirmed and deposited into the incanto.it bank account.

Customers are informed that during promotions and sales there may be delays in shipments.

 

Please note that it is illegal to declare lower values on the invoice than the amount actually paid by the customer or to declare goods as GIFTS, therefore requests from customers relating to these activities will not be accepted.

 

DELIVERY TIME

Incanto.it processes orders in Italy, Monday through Friday. Orders are processed the day after the order date, or on the first available business day. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

INCANTO FASHION GROUP S.rl cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, customs controls or other circumstances beyond the control of INCANTO FASHION GROUP S.rl.

Delivery for shipments to Italy is expected within 2-3 working days.

Delivery for shipments to the European Union is expected within 3-5 working days.

Delivery for shipments to all countries outside the European Union is expected within 4-7 working days.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

Below are the expected shipping costs for each geographic area.

Please note that in the event that, for any reason, a package is not collected by the customer, the shipping costs and any customs duties related to the AUTOMATIC automatic return will be deducted/withheld from the refund due.

 

ITALY:

SHIPPING COSTS €5 instead for amounts over €100 shipping is free.

 

EUROPEAN COUNTRIES:

SHIPPING/RETURN COSTS:

€20 for amounts up to €100.

€10 for amounts from €100 to €300.

Shipping is free for orders over €300

REST OF THE WORLD:

SHIPPING/RETURN COSTS: €30. Shipping is free for orders over €300

Customers are informed that any customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. The relative amount must be paid to the courier according to the methods that will be indicated by the courier itself.

 

SHIPMENT TRACKING

When the order is handed over to the courier, customers receive a notification email that provides the AWB number for the order.

 

 

PACKAGE DELIVERY

Upon delivery of the goods, customers are requested to carefully inspect the package before signing to confirm receipt. Packages of Incanto.it are carefully sealed with adhesive tape Incanto.it.

If the customer receives a box that has been opened by Customs or the Courier for authorized external inspections, the package must be closed with a guarantee or control seal by the institution.

If the package appears tampered with or the original tape is damaged, the customer is asked to sign for the package with reservations or refuse delivery. If there is evidence of tampering with the package, the customer is required to file a complaint with the courier and contact the courier immediately. Incanto.it to the email address support@incanto.it.

In the event of a tampered package, if the customer does not sign for receipt with reservation, the delivery is automatically considered accepted and consequently any complaints will not be accepted.

 

FAILURE TO DELIVERY

All customers, by placing an order, establish a commercial relationship with Incanto.it and agree to accept delivery of the package corresponding to their order. If a package is not delivered to the customer's address due to reasons attributable to their lack of cooperation (incorrect/incomplete telephone number, incorrect/incomplete address, recipient absent) or if the customer refuses delivery, the package will be returned to the sender.
