Refund policy
The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions.
Returned products:
- must be returned in their entirety;
- must not have been used, worn, washed, soiled or damaged and must not show signs of use;
- must be returned packaged exactly as they were shipped, complete with all accessories, invoice and label;
- must be sent to the seller in a single shipment;
- must be returned within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt.

You have to log in to your accountin the section ordersa nd select request return. You will receive all the information you need to proceed with your request.
1. Prepare your package.
2. Ship the items directly to our store Incanto at Via Manzoni 41/a, 20121, Milan - tel. +39 35 13918 139.
3. As soon as we receive the products, if they comply with the characteristics listed above, we will proceed with the refund, which will be made within 14 working days directly to the credit card used for the purchase.
* You can return the item directly to our physical store in Milan. The refund will be credited to the credit card used for the purchase and no refunds will be issued at that location.
Shipping costs will be refunded only in case of defective goods or shipping errors attributable to the seller (item, Color, Size incorrect and not corresponding to the order).
